US Returns 

For US Orders Only:

MY LVL Los Angeles offers returns on most merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. 

If 15 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must have tags attached, be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any dirt, sweat, deodorant stains or marks of any kind will void item from being returnable.

All returns are shipped back to our Distribution/Fulfillment Center in Los Angeles. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our Distribution/Fulfillment Center. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 7 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Refund speed is determined by your bank. 

Exchange Policy

Due to the high demand and Limited Edition products, we cannot guarantee the item you would like in exchange will be in stock. For exchanges, if your item is out of stock, you can choose refund or store credit to use for a different item. As soon as you drop off your return and the package is scanned by the carrier, your store credit will be issued by email or SMS.

 

What is Redo

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

What is Free Returns via Redo?
We now offer return protection for all orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Redo with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You can return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.*                                                                                                                              Redo covers all items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.
If you choose not to buy Redo, or would like a full refund, you can still return, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Items must be returned within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be in new condition, unwashed, and all tags attached. 

What is package protection at checkout for US orders?                                        Shipping protection at checkout gives you confidence that you're covered in case your package is damaged in transit or doesn't arrive.

 

International Returns

MY LVL Los Angeles accepts International returns within 14 days of the delivery date. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the product must have tags attached, be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any dirt, sweat, deodorant stains or marks of any kind will void item from being returnable.

To return your product, please email mylvllosangeles.com and someone from our support service will review and get back to you shortly if your claim is approved.

 

Information about Customs

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not held liable for any custom fees in your country, hold times or incorrect shipping information provided. Allow up to 1 to 3 business days of processing your order to receive your tracking number. 

Note: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure they get to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will be given individual tracking codes so you know exactly where your order is!

 

Lost Package

We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.
